Kaye Alford Obituary

FEB 22, 1946 - AUG 14, 2005
Kaye Young Alford,59, of 167 Canyon Road, died Sunday night at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Born in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late J.T. and Nora Cash Young, and the widow of Jerry Alford. Kaye worked as a cashier with Bojangles and Dollar General in Clayton.
Memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Strickland Funeral Home Chapel, 211 West Third Street, Wendell.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Alford of the home; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linzy and Bonnie Burnette, and Janie and James Satterwhite, all of Louisburg; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ellis and Betty Young of Louisburg, and Jimmie and Dorothy Young of Franklinton.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Dykes and Albert Young; and sister, Edith Pippin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts are appreciated in memory of Kaye Alford through any State Employees Credit Union or may be mailed to 4069 Barber Mill Road, Clayton, NC 27520.
