It was a privlidge and an Honor knowing Mr. Carr I for year's helped Mrs. Carr out weekly I would come and Clean for them. But what I was Blessed with was Two of the most loving and memorable people I've ever known. He had such a big heart and so dearly loved his family especially Mrs. Carr I so enjoyed the time's I spent with them and would find myself staying over hour's after I was done to spend time with them. We have spent many hour's of his story telling which he was so good at. I was sadden and Heartbroken to learn of his passing every year at Christmas my Mom and i would bake goodies to take them .........when I called yesterday I was saddened and shocked to hear of his passing. To his family and all who knew and loved him May God Bless you All and keep you his loving arm's.

It hurts to read about the passing of someone I've known all of my life. Mr. Dawson always had a wink and a smile for me, as well as a caramel, which were always my favorite. He was a wonderful man and he will be missed. Much love to his family.
With my deepest sympathies,

Our thoughts and prayers go to the L.D. Carr family. He was a corner stone to this community and will be missed. "The candy man" is in a better place now with no pain. R.I.P Mr. Carr.
