Linden
Mr. Rex Kenneth Bradley, Jr., 73, of Linden passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013 in his home. Mr. Bradley was an Army Veteran. Ken was a faithful member of First Baptist Church. He was a teacher for the M & M Sunday school class. Ken retired from Black & Decker in 1998 as an industrial engineer. He enjoyed fishing with his best friend Jessie Moore. Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by his parents Rex and Sallie Muriel Bradley and wife Evelyn Pleasant Bradley.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with the Rev. A. Edward Beddingfield, officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey St.
The family received friends at the funeral home on Tuesday night from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
Mr. Bradley is survived by his daughters, Robin Jackson and husband, Keith of Wade, Kerry Beaver and husband, Mark of Cameron; sister, Carolyn Bradley of Hampton, VA; brother, Jerry Bradley and wife, Jane of Fuquay-Varina; brother-in-law, Tommy Pleasant and wife, Lynn of Florence, SC; grandchildren, John Keith Jackson II, Bradley Ray Jackson, Markie Elisabeth Beaver; nephews, Scott Pleasant and Rex Bradley; nieces, Melissa Bradley and Lee Ann Bradley.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.

I did not know your father well, but was a friend of your mother in high school and met Kenneth though her. May you take comfort in knowing that your loving parents are now reunited in the loving arms of their Heavenly Father.
