Tim was a great friend and mentor in so many ways. Tim helped mold the county infrastructure that supported our growth. He always believed in his people and gave them a chance to shine no matter if you were a partner at an engineering firm or a operator at a plant, If you had a suggestion he would listen and take your comments into consideration. Over the 20+years I have worked with Tim he grew to respect and value my opinions which allowed me to grow into the person I am. I am forever grateful for knowing and working with Tim.

Hello Broome family- I am so terribly sorry for the loss of Tim's bright spirit and untarnished enthusiasm in our lives. I consider myself so blessed to have known and served Tim as part of his healthcare team all these years. He and I shared a passion for snow skiing... regaling stories of our turns and future plans "to shred" each time he came in. Our ski discussions of possible trips and adventures started as early as May (for January the next season). Though he said he was just going to be a "groomers" skier from now on, I always doubted whether one could keep him off the powder if conditions were right. I know he truly loved skiing with his family. More truthful- he truly loved his family. I will think of him on the mountain and send a blessing into the air for him from the top of Aspen Highlands. I'm sorry we never got to "shred" together, Tim. I will miss you, my Ski Friend. I will miss you, Faithful Patient. I will miss you, Wonderful Man. Thank you for making me a better doctor over the years.

I am glad he was a part of my life. He was always helpful and never laughed at my question, regardless of how elementary they may have seemed to others. He shared his talents, making life better for others.
God bless this family as they mourn and rejoice in his Home Going. Sincerely, Cookie Pope

To the Broome Family, you are in my thoughts and prayers as you face Tim's passing. He was a true professional friend of mine for many years, while serving the Town of Wendell as Engineer. His passing will be bereaved by all of us who knew him for so
long and had the privilege and honor of working with him. His legacy of true character and friendship will be remembered by those who had the opportunity to know and work with him.
