Robert Hash Obituary

Robert Donald Hash

Born: October 3, 1992

Died: June 6, 2021

CEDAR POINT – Robert Donald Hash, 28, of Cedar Point, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2021 at the Mueller Funeral Home, Peru with Pastor Betty Delgado of Trinity United Church of Christ, LaSalle officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of services on Thursday at the funeral home.

Rob was born October 3, 1992 to Robert Hash and Kimberly (Bennett) Becker. Rob was a good natured person who helped anyone who was in need. He was a humanitarian at heart, a nature lover and an animal lover. He was his family's rock and right hand man in life. He always pulled out of every obstacle and came out ahead a better person. Rob had a big heart and always plenty to give. His world was about making a better life for his family.

Rob was a hard-working young man and helped run several small businesses with his father. He was transitioning to a new job, and he was starting his own landscape-lawn care business, which he was very excited about. Rob liked to fix things and was very talented mechanically, with engineering, and with tools and he enjoyed riding his Harley when he had time. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs, Koojak, Sadie, and Aspen and cat, Boomer, as well as taking trips with his fiancée of several years, Renee. Outdoors and vacations to Colorado was something Rob thoroughly enjoyed doing. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephew, Kimora, Major, and Maylani, as well as his sister, Kacey whom he loved all so very much. Kimora and Major looked to him as a father figure and they truly adored him.

Rob enjoyed spending time with his closest friends, Travis, John Lee, J.T., Jacob, Seth, Will, Zach, and cousin, Clayton. He was a proponent for the medical hemp industry with self taught talents that would help people with illnesses. He and Renee were expecting their first child and son, Tyler Robert, who is due in 2 weeks. Rob was very excited to be a father and would have been the very best, due to his nature.

Rob will be forever in the hearts of his fiancée, Renee; his son, Tyler; father, Robert (Alma); mother, Kim; sister, Kacey; nieces and nephew, Kimora, Major, and Maylani; brother, Kevin Michael Bennett; grandparents, Robert Hash, Sr. and Esther A. Harju; aunts and uncles, Carol Bennett, Linda Kaszynski, Donna Burrell, David Bennett, Curtis Bennett, Nancy Bennett, and Bill and Amy Sommer; cousins, Mike Bennett, Jessica Brown, Kayla Ley, Brian Karczewski, Desiree Varnes, Trisha Perez, Clayton Burrell, Blake Harju, Kharyn Somer, Faith Salander, and many new second cousins.

Rob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Juanita and Donald Bennett.
