Gregory Lau Obituary
Gregory David Lau, 53, of North Branford, CT passed away suddenly in his home on August 12th, 2018. He was the son of Mary Owler Lau and William Donald Lau. Greg was born on May 6th, 1965 in New Haven, CT. He graduated from North Branford High School and went on to have a successful career as a car salesman. Greg was loved by many in his neighborhood (especially the elderly) for his acts of kindness during their times of need. During his last six months of life, he dedicated himself to providing constant care and companionship to his mother as she recovered from Lymphoma. He adored his nieces and nephews, Michele Lau, Danielle Lau, Grace Pasco, Ryan Lau, and Andrew Pasco. Greg was an avid collector of antiques. Greg is survived by his mother Mary, his brothers William J. Lau of San Diego, California and David A. Lau of Middletown, CT and his sister, Lisa M. Pasco and her husband, Matthew A. Pasco of Haddonfield, NJ. Greg was preceded in death by his father William Lau. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Augustine Church, 30 Caputo Road, North Branford, CT at 11 a.m. on Thursday August 16, 2018. There will be a reception and celebration of life immediately following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Quell Foundation, P.O. Box 1924, North Falmouth, MA 02566. Greg I can´t believe it´s been 7 years since you left us. I´m glad after 15 years we reconnected, yet sad you passed on less than a year later. You´re a choice soul, greatly missed. May your spirit continue to soar.
