STAHL, JOAN OSMAN Joan Osman Stahl, 79, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Renaissance at The Terraces. Formerly of Guilford, CT, she had been a winter resident of Naples, FL for many years before relocating to The Terraces at Bonita Springs in 2013. Joan was born May 10, 1936 in Wiconisco, PA, a daughter of the late Marlin and Myrtle (Hoffman) Osman. She earned her Associates degree at the Maryland Secretarial School. Mrs. Stahl worked at Walter Reid Hospital before spending her career as an Architectural Secretary. Joan enjoyed traveling with her husband, swimming at the beach, and sewing. Survivors include her beloved husband of 57 years, Richard F. Stahl; children, Richard (the late Sharon Miller) Stahl Jr. of Chester, VT and Cheryl Borek of Durham, NH; siblings, Gene Osman, Jay Osman and Carole Jordan; four grandchildren, Madeline (Caleb) Harris, Gordon Borek, Charley Borek and Owen Borek; and three step-grandchildren, Kristen Newman, Matthew Miller and Joshua Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings. Services and burial will be held in New England at a later date.
