Rosemary Coppola Piscitelli, 82, of West Palm Beach, Florida and formerly of North Haven died peacefully on March 10, 2026 with her husband Michael Piscitelli and their family by her bedside.
Rosemary was born in New Haven on October 30, 1943, to the late Andrew and Mary Guarino Coppola. She graduated from West Haven High School in 1961 and later worked as the office manager for Dr. Harry Mark, an Ophthalmologist. Since childhood, Rosemary loved music. It held a special meaning to her that only she could appreciate. Although she disliked baseball, Rosemary was an avid Yankee fan. She enjoyed traveling, boating, spending time on the water and she loved to spend more time in a shopping mall. While living in Florida, she and Mike enjoyed going to happy hour and dinner with friends and their family.
Besides her husband Mike, Rosemary is survived by her children MaryEllen Mysogland and William (Mechele) Kelly, her stepchildren Cheryl (Steve) Daniw and Robert (Sandy) Piscitelli, her sister Theresa Montz and her best friend Doreen Gallagher. She adored her grandchildren Michael and Darren Piscitelli, Emily Jimenez, Victoria Parker, Scott Mysogland, Shayla Kelly, Stefan Daniw and Alexa Kelly and her great-grandchildren Isabella, Carson and Lyla Piscitelli, Jacob Jimenez and Olivia Piscitelli. Rosemary's family would like to thank her caregivers Amoy and Shantel for the loving and compassionate care they provided her.
Visiting hours will be held Saturday from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc., 11 Wooster Place, New Haven. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church-St. Paul VI Parish, 2819 Whitney Ave., Hamden at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will be in All Saints Mausoleum.
