Sending love to the Puthoff family, and especially to my dear, sweet friend, Mary Beth. Mary Beth is a poignant example of a beautiful and genuine upbringing that was surely shaped and influenced by her wonderful father. May God embrace the family and may their father rest in everlasting peace in his prepared home in Heaven. With Love, Sandra.

I’m so very sorry to hear of Coaches passing! What a great man who I always enjoyed seeing and talking to after mass on Sunday.
My condolences to Jane and family!

Jim Puthoff made a difference in my life. I was a student of his at Moeller High School. He saw something in me and inspired and encouraged me. As a result I attended college and had a rewarding career in both education and business. I only hope that I lived up to his expectation and made the difference in my students life like he did in mine. God bless Jim Puthoff.

To Jane and to your children, my deepest sympathy in the passing of Jim. He was a great friend to me and all of his Cavalier classmates. My wife Charlotte also sends her best wishes to you all. She went to grade school and knew Jim. He referred to her as "Bootsie". I will miss him at our monthly lunches at the Mound Cafe. His positive outlook on life was an inspiration to all of his friends. Go X

Jane and Family: Our deepest for your loss, so glad I got to see Jimmy on my last visit to Cincinnati 2019. Many a good time we had growing up in South Norwood and St. Matt's, and then onto the Castle for a great High School experience. Congrats to all your accomplices at XU and latter on in life. Will miss you at the luncheons, RIP Whitey.
