Aunt Audrey will sorely be missed. Without her love and guidance my mother would not be the woman that she is which means that surely I would not be the woman that I am today. I love and thank her for all that she has done with her life. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Welcome Home

She has always remained in God,s thoughts,
He sent His Angels with a message for
Ms Audrey Cox.
"Hurry home you've finished my work.
At eighty five it's time to leave this earth."

Trumpets will blare Angels will sing.
As she transition her way nestled upon their wings.
She did quite well between her dash,
It's God whose calling her home to rest.
Listen as He whispers;
"My Servant my Daughter, come on home.
My "Will" you completed. WELL DONE! WELL DONE! WELL DONE!"

To the family of Audrey Mae Cox...

I extend my deepest condolences and sympathies to all of you during this extremely difficult time. I have many fond memories of Mrs. Cox, but one memory always stands out. On my fist day at The Learning Academy, I cried like a baby...hysterically crying...and Mrs. Cox allowed me to basically cling to her leg as she welcomed in her other students. I'm sure she did that for many others because in her eyes we were all of her children, but I will forever hold that memory with me. May God continue to bless and comfort you all.

To the Cox Family:

My sincerest condolences, prayers and love to each of you. Precious memories how they linger. I knew Audrey through the Cooper family. I remember playing for the learning academy where my little cousin, Kevin Cooper, was a kindergarten graduate. Audrey had the boys in blue caps and gowns and the girls in pint caps and gowns. She had me to play "We've Come this Far By Faith" an unforgetable moment. She is now resting in the Arms of Jesus Christ and Perfectly Healed. May her memory and legacy as a loving, caring and sharing educator live within you.
