Becky,

We are so sorry for your loss. Your family will be remembered in our prayers.

It was just last month at the AHA Luncheon that we spoke about your dad. May your happy memories far outweigh the grief that you are experiencing at this time.

I always enjoyed being around Emile. We enjoyed swapping jokes. He liked to make mountains out of mole hills.
He liked to tell me that he graduated from Samuel J. Peters High school. Of course iha to tell him that it was now Israel Augustine junior high.

May God bless all of you, keep you well and strong and free from all harm. Amen.

"Many men can make a fortune but very few can build a family." ----J. S. Bryan

Like my family, the Fichters were one of the "Founding, Big Shoulders" families of St. Benilde. This small group of folks built the Parish (sometimes literally) Brick by Brick, and sacrificed much to bring things into existence. Mark, the Credo Family will remember your Dad in our Rosary. As a Tulane Med School Faculty member for the last 25 years, allow me to convey our deep gratitude to your Dad and family.

Becky,

Men like your Dad were always a rare breed, and we will miss him and his voice beyond words. It was such a privilege to join you all at one of the Big Band dances at the WWII Museum that summer. Sharing in your father's delight as your sister sang simply made that day magical!

May this and so many other happy memories comfort you all today, and for many years to come.

With heartfelt condolences,
Anne B. Favrot
