I say goodbye to my Auntie Jack-O-Lantern. That is what I called her since I was a little girl and it stuck. As I get older the memories that I have of our time together helps me be a better mother. I always knew that I was loved and cared for in your house. I will miss you and will always love you.

My Dear Family, GOD has called one of his Best Angels home. Yes, we all share in your sorrow of Cousin Geri's transition but KNOW she is smiling at the legacy that she left behind. What I personally will treasure is her ALWAYS being available to LISTEN and impart sound wisdom on whatever the situation was. Weeping my endure for a night, BUT GOD SAID Unspeakable JOY comes in the morning. I Love Ya'll, and as your mom would say get to work we got a job to do, that is fulfilling her dreams that will make her live thru each of you. RIH Cousin Geri.

Mr. Issac, Wanda, Tira, Yolanda and Family; you have my heart felt condolences for the loss of Ms. Geraldine. May God hover over you all during this tough time of grief. She was an instrumental mother away from home when I matriculated at Xavier and I still remember our talks at her kitchen table as she prepared loving meals for family and friends. She had a light, smile and laugh that was always comforting as she welcomed many in her home. Know that her light shines bright in us all.
