Jim Pons, Sr. passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018. He was 57, born in Darmstadt, Germany and was a resident of St. Charles Parish. Beloved husband of Donna McCollum Pons. Father of Dana Pitre (Chris), Bridget Pons, Stacy Vansuffelen (Ian) and Jim Pons, Jr. (Samantha). Grandfather of Torrey, Nathan, David, Cheyann, Krystal, Skilynn, Chase, Chance, Christian, Christopher, Jim III, Cali and Claire. Son of the late Johnny Pons, Sr. and Edna Hibbs Rabalais. Brother of Jeanne, Landa, Joe, Jessie, Lucy, Stevie, Paula and the late Johnny Jr. and Pauline. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. To the Pons family yall have my deepest sympathy Jim was my boss for over 10yrs. And he will be missed. Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. Take your rest boss. A life well lived a rest well deserve.
