TURNER Kenny Bryan Turner, Jr. departed this life on Thursday, April 29, 2010 in Westwego, La. Father of Kenny Lee Turner III. Son of Kenny B. Turner, Sr. and Sybil Thomas-Turner. Grandson of Dorothy Thomas and Isaac Turner and the late Rev. Bernard Thomas, Sr. and Ruth Ann Turner. Great grandson of the late Rev. Leroy and Lulla Mae Thomas, Moses and Octavia Clark. Brother of the late Kenny B. Turner, Jr. and Dantaestabon Williams. Stepbrother of Regina, Demiria, and Aeisha Baptiste. Uncle of Kendrick Kenny B. Turner. Companion of Valtreana Griffin. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Age 24 years. A native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Thompson Temple Church of God In Christ and neighboring churches; employees of United States Postal Service in Metairie, La. are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Thompson Temple Church of God In Christ, 1515 Whitney Ave., Gretna, La., on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 11:00a.m. Bishop Gerald Hawkins officiating.
