Rebecca Ann Rolland, age 30, of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Bryan Joseph Rolland and Lisa Martin McGarity. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ed and Patsy Martin and Sebastian and Anna Rolland. Rebecca is survived by her mother and stepfather Lisa Martin and Milton McGarity; sisters Nicole (Chris) Parfait, Katie (Matt) Wingate, Hannah McGarity; brother, Michael (Jeannie) McGarity; nieces, Kristen Reeves, Alexis Reeves, Victoria Parfait, Elliott Parfait, Saylor McGarity, and Lily Wingate; nephews, Haven McGarity, Talon McGarity; great-nephew, Marcus Johnson; cousin; Eric Martin and Aunt, Connie Wedge. Rebecca graduated in 2010 from Union Grove High School in McDonough Georgia and was a music major at Clayton State. She lived on the Westbank and had a love for music, cats, make-up, shopping, and the beach. A gathering of friends and relatives will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm. Rebecca, I was there the day you were born, the day you graduated high school, the day your Dad died. I’m so sorry I wasn’t there for your Mom and you during this devestating ordeal. Rebecca, you were loved so much. I’m just in total shock to hear about you.

Rebecca was absolutely beautiful inside and out. I remember when she came to my house & immediately picked up my son's guitar hero. She was amazing! She was friends with my daughter Samantha. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers are with her beautiful family
