I've just learned of Reginald's passing and I am so saddened. He shared many special times with my late husband and his line brother, Kevin. I remember Reg as larger than life, with a ready smile and a way of making all around him feel comfortable. Our prayers are with the family.

My line brother is gone. I was leaving work when the news hit me. I remember Reg as a fun, down-to-earth guy who always made me feel like his biological brother. Whenever I came in town,he made time for me. Our sons were born 2 weeks apart. so Reg Jr. is like my son. ALL THE BEST TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS. A great man will be missed!!

Reginald Alex was like a little brother to me. I remember teching him the base drum and walking to school for parades. Years later, we walk together again in parades because his daughter was in the XUP marching units.
We will certainly miss his presence. Family, I will continue to lift you in prayer to a Merciful and Loving God.

When I received the news of my cousin's untimely death, I believe my heart skip a beat. A love one's passing is never easy, but I believe it stings a little more when they are young and full of life and energy. We are not promised tomorrow. Reach out and tell your family, friends, etc. how much you love them. Don't wait!!!! I love my cousin, I will miss him dearly. To the Alex family, allow the love of our family lift you in this time of grief.

What a Man, What a Man....!!!! Reginald had a smile that would brighten any room and change the atmosphere of a party. My daughter was very grateful to have such a wonderful person as her uncle. My daughter and I will deeply miss your kind words, giving spirit, challenging conversations, and expertise at playing cards. You welcomed me into your family with open arms, and now God is opening the gates of heaven with open arms for you. Do your favorite dance, play cards, teach Math skills, show the young men how to tie bow ties, play chess, and have fun on the other side.

I have known Reginald Alex lovingly referred to as "Big Reg" since I was 12 years old. We lived right around the corner from each other. He and I kept in touch throughout the years. Reginald was one of the MOST Kindest, Gentle, Humble, Genuine, Sweetest Godly Spirit Filled MEN that I ever met in My Life! Also, he was a GOOD, REAL TRUE FRIEND! I can see hear his voice and see him SMILING right now! I have Truly BLESSED by our Childhood and Long lasting Friendship! I LOVE YOU Deeply and MISS YOU Very MUCH.
