In addition to her children, she is survived by her mother, Ernestine Boudreaux Ellender, and her siblings, Ernestine Springer (and husband Lawrence), Dr. S.E. Ellender (and wife Sandra), Van Ellender, Jane Rabalais (and husband Philip), Anne Phillips (and husband Morris), Robert Ellender, and former husband, Peter Maud. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. S. Ernest Ellender, Sr. A memorial Mass will be held at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral in Houma, La. on Friday, November 18, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
