My sincere condolences are extended to my former class mate Raymond and your family at the passing of your brother Thomas. Thomas was a classmate of my sister at Fortier as well. Many great people attended Fortier, he was certainly one. Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. I invite you to cast your cares on the Lord, He will sustain you.

Sad for Tommy to be gone but he is without illness or pain now. The few times my Dad used to bring me as a kid to Chin Boo's laundry for the dry cleaning, Tommy would offer a coke from the old style coke machine, to make the time pass.

When I was young, "Tom Goo" would take us to play football, basketball, and putt putt golf. At the cleaners we shared lots of chess, stratego, and paper football games. We always caught an ice chest full of crabs when he took us to Grand Isle. I'll always remember telling everyone that Tommy was my cousin with the Black Belt in Karate. Our sympathy to my cousins Beverly and Raymond.

My sympathy to Tommy's family--Beverly, Raymond, nephews, and nieces. Tommy worked hard, put his parents' wishes first in taking care of his mother and the family business after his father passed away and then keeping up the real estate they owned. There were many happy times in our shared childhoods and we saw each other occasionally when he worked in Baton Rouge. He was also very thoughtful in giving stuffed animals to my son and daughter when they were very young and spoke often of his niece Candace after his trips to California.

My sincerest sympathy to Beverly and Raymond as they cope with this difficult time. I have fond memories of Tommy who usually had a smile on his face. We shared homeroom throughout junior high and high school although we never had a class together. I remember all the touch football games we played in back of our first church on Bienville. He was tough guy to cover. I will miss him.
