I enjoyed running many road races with Mr. Reilly through the environs of the city. Though a person of privilege, he enjoyed grinding out the miles with the rest of us. May he run in peace!

Sorry to hear about Boatner Reily's death. I was his secretary in the 60's while my husband was in law school and he had a great sense of humor. Always he showed the bright side of things in life.

Only met him once in Martha's Vineyard. Had taken his mooring... 'poached' a better way to describe it. He booted me off with humor + dignity cause a friend of his was about to arrive. I sensed his humor and said, "but where will I go?" He laughed and said tie up at his dock. We did! He showed us his garden.. met his family he was so proud of. We instantly loved him.
