Anthony Gilio Obituary
Anthony, III, 17, of Lodi on July 23, 2013. Anthony was a senior at Lodi High School, a member of The Rocket Rebels Club, The National Federation of the Blind, and L.E.A.D. He was also a former wrestler with the Lodi Recreation Dept. Beloved son of Virginia (nee Squeo) and Anthony Gilio, II of Lodi. Devoted brother of Martamarie Gilio of Lodi. Loving grandson of Anthony J. and the late Martha Gilio, and Marta and the late Mauro Squeo. Cherished nephew of Dominique and Bob Chaffin, Stefanina and Frank Gentile, Maria and Domenico Lazzizzera, and Giovanna Pila. Funeral Friday 9 AM at Santangelo Funeral Home, 300 N. Main St., Lodi, then to Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights for a 10 AM Funeral Mass. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 4-8 PM. My condolences to your family. I am so sorry and heatbroken. I remember Anthony from when he was in preschool in Ridgefield and I was a student teacher in his class. I have always thought of him throughout the years, mostly because of the cute way he would always say his full name in his little 5 year old voice. May he rest in peace.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Anthony was a special young man and he will be missed greatly by all of his friends at Camp Quality NJ. I am including a photo of Anthony at camp with his buddy, Mike.
