Richard B. Aronson

Richard B. Aronson, 75, of Paramus, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026. He was born in New York, NY, raised in Puerto Rico and lived in Garfield before settling in Paramus twenty-six years ago. Before retiring from the retail industry, Richard worked for B. Altman and Co. and then Saks Fifth Avenue both in New York City. He was a parishioner of Annunciation R.C. Church in Paramus where he also taught CCD. Preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Elizabeth Aronson. Beloved husband of Aida (nee Pereda). Devoted father of Elizabeth D'Izzia and her husband John of Paramus. Loving grandfather of Juliet, Alexandra, Johnny and Leo. Dear brother of Patricia Boak, Alfred Aronson and Anne Aronson-Santiago. Visitation Monday February 16, 2026, 4:00pm–8:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday February 17, 2026, 10:00 am Funeral Mass at Annunciation R.C. Church in Paramus. Private Cremation to follow.
