Clifford Witmyer Obituary
Clifford Warren Witmyer, age 82, on May 19th 2017 reached the end of a long loving life. Clifford is survived by this wife Caesarine "Cis" (nee Lexow); his two children Caesarine Novello and husband Tony, Clifford Witmyer, Jr. and wife Jeanette; his beloved grandchildren, Caesarine, Angelique and Anthony.
Clifford is also survived by his two sisters, Edith Darley and Ellen Livinghouse both residing in Pa. Born July 29th 1934 in Epherta PA., Clifford was raised in Pennsylvania where he met his wife, Caesarine of 61 years. Clifford was a florist who pursued his career in New Jersey working hard for various flower shops as a floral designer until he purchased his own flower shop, Kracke Flowers of Passaic in 1966. He become a respectful member of the business community, and was a member of the Lion's Club and the Elks Club. He was active member of the First United Methodist Church in Passaic where he served as Treasurer for many years. After retiring from the flower business, he enjoyed working part time for his son's Entertainment Company. He specifically enjoyed driving the Trackless Train which was apropos for Cliff since he was always "on the go". He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a big NY Rangers and Yankees fan.
Family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford. Funeral on Thursday, all the gather in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, at 9am for a 10:30 AM Service at First United Methodist Church, 145 Paulison Ave., Passaic. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst, NJ.
