Edward Kopf Obituary
Edward Paul Kopf, 91, of Fair Lawn, NJ passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017. Born and raised in Bloomfield, NJ, He resided in Fair Lawn, NJ for over 60 years. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Edward earned a Bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University in Accounting Prior to retiring in 1982, He was an Office Manager with Norman Brager Co. in Newark, NJ. Edward was a dedicated volunteer with Habitat for Humanity for 30 years and an active member of Westside Presbyterian Church for more than 50 years where he will always be remembered for his significant contributions.
Beloved father survived by his three sons, Glenn, Steven, and Kyle and cherished grandfather of Amanda and Courtney. Pre-deceased by his wife Claire in 2004, and his brothers, Gilbert, Robert, Raymond, Carl and his sister Janet.
A memorial service will be held at Westside Presbyterian in Ridgewood, NJ on Saturday, Feb. 3rd at 11:00am. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Edward's memory may be made to Habitat for Humanity at www.habitat.org. in lieu of flowers. www.vanemburgh.com
