PASSARO Joseph on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, age 91, of Maywood, NJ. He was a member of Pipe-fitters Local#274, Ridgefield, NJ and an active member of the retirees. An Army Veteran of WWII, he participated in D-Day. Parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, member of Maywood Senior Citizens and Hix & Chix Square Dancing Club. Beloved husband of the late Lillian M. (nee Fanning) (1973). Dear father of Harold Bennett and his wife, Arlene. Brother of Frank, the late Michael and the late Bartholomew (Bart). Cheris-hed grandfather of Valerie Bennett and her husband, Tom Rehn, Francine Geist and her husband Timothy, and Angela Bennett. Great-grandfather of Timothy and Logan Geist. Uncle of Michael, Maria and Frank Passaro, Joan Macri and Kathy Lampitt. Funeral from Trinka-Faustini Funeral Service, 439 Maywood Ave., Maywood (201-487-3050) on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace R.C. Church at 10 AM. Burial, George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting, Friday, 3-5 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to: Maywood First Aid, P.O. Box 803, Maywood, New Jersey 07607 would be appreciated.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend and neighbor, Joe. Our block will never be the same. Joe knew everyone, even the newest people on the block. He will be missed by all. Our heartfelt sympathy to his family.
