Douglas Mann ROCK HILL - Mr. Douglas Mann, 74, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, S.C. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. on Monday, October 20, 2014, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Rabon officiating. Burial will be private. Born in Hackensack, N.J., Mr. Mann was a son of the late Albert Mann and the late Florence Allen Mann. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam serving as a Petty Officer 2nd Class and was of the Catholic faith. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Janet Bigi Mann; his daughters, Tamara Guinea and Jodi Hernandez, both of Rock Hill and Vicki David of Union Town, Penn.; his sons-in-law, Gustavo Guinea, Juan Hernandez and Joe David; his brothers, George Mann and his wife, Carol of Slate Hill, N.Y. and Albert Mann and his wife, Terry of Haverstraw, N.Y.; his sisters, Lois Jacobs of Plainsboro, N.J., Marlene Wilson and her husband, Lester and Geraldine Sucholdoski, both of Wurtsburg, N.Y. and Gloria Petit of Sussex, N.J.; six grandchildren, Jonathan Caratella, Nicholas, Anthony and Zachary Halfhill and Kelly and Robert Hernandez; and all his beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Mann and his sister, Margaret Mann. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and other times at the home.
