My deepest and sincerest condolences to the family! I'm so sorry I couldn't attend the wake. Although I haven't had much contact with Irene over the years I still remember her with fond memories. Even at a very young age Irene was independent, strong and maternal. She had all the qualities that I had admired in her which when I look back I am still grateful for the one sleepover I had with her. Rest in peace without pain and suffering! Thank you for teaching me how to play mahjong! I love you and you will be missed! Your cousin Caroline and family

i had the pleasure of working with Irene for the past 15 years. she was always sweet and fair to everyone whether you were asian or non asian.she comforted me when my mother was diagnosed 8 years ago with lung cancer even when she was fighting her own battle.pit 1 won't be the same without her.My condolences to the Yeung family and her grandchildren she was truly proud of. Irene, you will truly be missed.

I am so sorry of Irene's passing. A wonderful person who was always found with a smile. Every time I would see her I would call her "crazy Irene" since she always made me laugh. A truly special lady. My prayers go out to her family........
