CHICAGO, IL - Edward Simmons III, 45, of Chicago, IL, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago, IN.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 1047 Kenwood Street in Hammond, IN. Visitation one hour prior to services; Masonic Rites beginning promptly at 10:30 a.m.. Rev. Maurice Parrish, officiating. Interment Concordia Cemetery in Hammond, IN.

You left us just a little too soon and still you'll always be here,it's been 20 years since I saw you last but your love tour friendship I'll always hold dear.
