To the entire pannell family .My heart is saddend to hear about Freddie. It,s not Easy losing someone you love so much. Freddie was like a big brother to me for so many years because you know anywhere you seen Kenny you seen me. The Pannell family was my second groing up as a kid and young adult I love you guys. Freddie rest in peace friend.

Kenny, Michelle and Anita, I was so sorry to learn of Freddie's passing. Even though it was so long ago, I have many memories of the fun we had. He was a kind person that always had a smile for you. I would like to give my deepest regards to Freddie family, he was a very nice person I had the pleasure of meeting at Sebo's, he was a very caring and thoughtful person whenever I encounter him. He will be truly missed by all.

Fred, Kenny, Michelle, and Anita,
I would like to express my deepest sympathies and condolences at the passing of Freddie. I did not know anything about his passing until yesterday.As all of you know, Freddie and I go a long way back, all the way to our early school days at Irving. In all of those years, I cannot say one bad thing about him. We had so many good times together and I cannot even begin to count the many laughs we shared. I loved Freddie like a brother. I was just sitting here and thinking about all the good friends from the old neighborhood that have passed away at an early age.It is a shame and sad. But,I truly believe that things happen for a reason, and God has a plan for all of us. Just like some of our other friends from the neighborhood that have passed away too soon, Freddie will always have a special place in my heart.I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers forever.
