VALPARAISO, IN - Jeffrey Frame was born December 26, 1952, and passed away at the age of 70 on November 7, 2023. Jeffrey was a resident of Valparaiso, IN, grew up in Lake Station, IN and was born in Gary, IN. He was known as "Jeff" by his closest friends and family. Jeff was a graduate of East Gary Edison High School class of 1971. He attended trade school at Louisville Tech Institute where he became an electrician.
Jeff was an avid golfer and could be found on the green with his golf league. One of his favorite hobbies was his Ford cars! Especially his favorite 2002 Thunderbird. He enjoyed family walks with his wife Linda and their dog. They would jokingly call them their "Nerd Family Walks". He also enjoyed mowing the lawn, building things, working around the house, and his miscellaneous weather gadgets. A favorite pastime was family gatherings and a friendly volleyball competition with the whole family.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, John Frame Sr., Lois (Drummond) Frame, and devoted dog Cisco.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years Linda; son, Tim (Erica); stepson, Curt (Lisa); stepdaughter, Nicole (Andy); grandchildren: Leah, Jake, Bobby, Claire, and Elle; siblings; Connie Mitchell, Tom (Pamela) Frame, Jean Farley, John (Corrine) Frame, Doug (Pam) Frame, Mary (Doug) Simpson, Marsha (David) Suchanuk and many special nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until time of sharing at 1:00 p.m. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 701 E. 7th Street, Hobart, Indiana. www.burnsfuneral.com
