Michael Clayton Gilbert Munster Michael Clayton Gilbert, age 51, of Munster, passed away on Saturday July 29, 2006 at the University of Chicago Hospital. A man of enduring patience and hope during his illness, Michael was the beloved husband of Margene (nee Koukalik) of 24 years, and the loving father of Katie and Christie. He is also survived by his parents, Thomas and Margaret (nee Scott) of Fayetteville, Georgia; sisters: Angela Bean (David) and Diane Ward of Fayetteville, Georgia; and brothers Don (Linda) of Jacksonville, FL and Glenn (April) of Peach Tree City, GA. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. from Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 8415 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN with Pastor Steve Jones officiating; Entombment, Memory Lane Cemetery, Schererville, IN. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Michael was a 1976 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and a very dedicated employee of Hadady Corporation in South Holland, Illinois. He was a very generous man and had a soft and kind heart He will always be remembered and will forever be with those who love him.
