Our condolences to family and friends of Jerry. We were fortunate enough to have worked with Jerry, while at the same time getting to know what a great man he was outside of that environment. After many years have passed since that time,we still think of Jerry often. RIP

Without a doubt, jerry was one of the greatest management officers of AA. As a GM, in the Eastern Division, I found Jerry was a man of few words, but very wise ones. He was a fantastic boss and well remembered by all.

My wife Leslie and I are the proud parents of Bill Wraith IV, married to Jerry's fabulous daughter Ellen. We have had the pleasure of getting to know Jerry and his dear wife Phyllis over the years of our respective son's and daughter's marriage. Jerry had a quiet, always thoughtful and loving demeanor and concern for everyone in his family, all of whom always showed their love and respect for him. He always had good stories about fishing, travel, football, and his many business and charitable interests. We will miss him greatly, while treasuring the memories of time spent with him and so grateful to him and Phyllis for raising such a fine family, including daughter Ellen who, in turn, gave birth and wonderful guidance to her four outstanding children (our grandchildren - of whom Jerry was so proud). Jerry was a man we all learned from and enjoyed being with especially in the business arena. He was a true leader but also a man who enjoyed life to the fullest. I'm proud to say I got the chance to work for Jerry and am better for it. Many blessings to Jerry's family during this difficult time.
