JONATHAN REYNOLDS Obituary

REYNOLDS--Jonathan. The Dramatists Guild Council mourns the loss of our colleague, Jonathan Reynolds. Jonathan was a lifetime member of the Guild and was a valued and steadfast member of our Council since 1998, serving as Treasurer for five years. He previously served on the Guild's publications committee, on the Wasserstein Prize selection committee, and was a supporter of the Dramatists Guild Foundation's Legacy Project and the Dramatists Guild Institute. Jonathan's plays include his autobiographical one-man show, DINNER WITH DEMONS, the apocalyptical comedy GENIUSES, and STONEWALL JACKSON'S HOUSE, which was recommended for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. In 2003, Jonathan received the Flora Roberts Award, in recognition of his deep and continuing commitment to the theatre community. Our deepest sympathies to his family. He will be missed.
