JOSHUA STEINHORN Obituary

STEINHORN--Joshua Zvi. Joshua Zvi Steinhorn, age 27, died peacefully in his sleep at his home in Alamo, California on September 27, 2021. He finally lost his battle with a long- standing chronic illness. Born on December 23, 1993, in Berkeley, California, Joshua started and ran a successful internet-based video game company. His next venture, never completed, was to create a free, user-curated website where people could share their favorite websites independent of financial influence. A loving, caring, and creative man, he delighted in finding gifts for family and friends. He never failed to tell immediate family members how much he loved them. He is survived by his brother Benjamin Weil Steinhorn, parents Robert David Steinhorn and Judith L. Weil, and grandfather Arthur J. Weil. At last, Joshua has a well- deserved respite from his illness. He is buried at the Home of Eternity cemetery in Oakland, California where a burial service was held in his honor.
