I think of Julie often. We were for several years, next door neighbors. She was an intelligent, wonderful, talented and uplifting spirit as well as a sensitive human being. I'll miss her always.

I offer my sincere condolences for a wonderfully talented and loving person I briefly got to know. While working in Clinton Housing Association I had the privilege of meeting Julie and her doggy. She will be missed and I hope her family continues the legacy of love she showed in her own way...
