L. SHAW Obituary

SHAW--L. Noah. Noah passed away peacefully on May 16 at the age of 82, with his wife Stephanie and children Jason, Adam, and Jay by his side. Noah was born in Detroit, MI and graduated from Wayne State Medical School before settling in New York City on the Upper West Side. Twenty years of Parkinson's never dampened his zest for life, his passion for his work as a psychiatrist, and his love for learning and teaching. Noah excelled as an athlete, becoming an elite tennis player, marathon runner and rock climber. An eternal optimist, he found the beauty in any situation. His attitude and energy will forever carry on in his children, grandchildren, and all who knew him.
