of Morristown, NJ passed away on November 4, 2017 at age 68. Beloved and cherished husband of Shelley Tepper (nee Rosen), father of Drew, Evan, Russell, and Jordan, grandfather of Gabriella, Giuliana, Solomon, and Raye, brother of Kenneth Tepper and Jill Cadman, uncle of Halley and Luke, son of Helen and the late Sidney Tepper. Trusted lawyer, true friend, and honorable man.
