Kathy,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I so enjoyed running into Michael as he always had a nice smile, twinkle in his eye, and was a true gentleman. I loved his outspoken political views as well! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your son Mac.

I went to high school with Mike and Ernie and spent many school breaks at the Cerussi home in Bronxville. Having no home of my own, they were all very kind and generous. Mike's mother took me to my drivers license road test and I passed with her station wagon! God bless them all.

Kathy and Mac,
I learned from Mike more about law, and about the practice of law, than from any other single individual. We will all miss Mike. He has influenced the lives of many.

Kathy and Mac: I am sorry for your loss. It a loss for everyone who knew Michael. I personally will miss the times we shared together at Innis Arden on the golf course, in the grill room and at all the special functions. He made it all so fun and enjoyable. What a gentleman he was. I will always remember him. My thoughts and prayers are with the two of you. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know.

My heartfelt condolences. For many years Mike and I were adversaries in the courtroom, a circumstance that is not conducive to friendship. But over time I came to respect and admire Mike. He was a consummate lawyer, and a gentleman. He will be missed,

Mike was truly one of the good guys. In my estimation he was the best trial attorney in the country. More importantly he was a nice person. Mike will always be remembered that way by many of us. Mike worked hard and enjoyed life. He will be missed.

Oh Kathy and Mac, I can't tell you had saddened I am by the news of Mike! There's not many people I know that only inspire happy, fun and fond memories. Not a single day or encounter with Mike was ever bad, unless he was beating me on the golf course or making me look ordinary simply by standing next to him, stud! I love him and will miss him dearly. You are both in my heart and prayers. Much love to you both and your entire family!

Dear Kathy and Mac,
I met Mike through my dad, Vin Iorio. Although the circumstances were usually getting me or my brother out of trouble, Mike became more of a friend than an attorney. The first time I met him he told me that he and Vin had some wild times growing up, I can only imagine. I'll never forget how impressed I was with not only his sharp suits with the suspenders but the way he carried himself, whether in the office or at the golf course. He was a true professional. I was just thinking about Mike the day before my dad informed me of his passing. I'll always remember Mike as one of the classiest men I have ever met. He will be greatly missed, I send my condolences. His memories will last forever.
Best regards,
Mike Iorio

To the Cerussi family, my condolences. I played with Michael and Ernie when we all lived in Yonkers. I was just organizing my father's 35mm slides from our childhood in at Canterbury Rd. and pointed out the "gang" to my husband. So sad. Peace to you, Rosemary, and to your family. I just heard today. I am very saddened. I worked for Mike for many years and on many trials. He was a true professional. Very bright and articulate. He taught me a lot about the legal business. He could be a tough guy to please. One day he chewed me out for making a mistake and the next day he brought me in a bag of his "old" ties because he probably felt badly about yelling at me. His "old" ties were nicer than my new ties. I remember they were made by Gorsart which I'm certain was some exclusive tie maker. He was really a softy in disguise. He was the most handsome man I ever knew. I asked him once about his slick backed hair and he said " Mike, you have to have an act"

Dear Kathy and Mac,
I am so very deeply sorry to learn of Michael's passing.
Though many years have passed, my deep love for all of you never waned, and I am truly sorry that I wasn't able to see him to be able to tell him that in person. I will always regret it.
You are both in my thoughts and prayers, as well as those of my entire family.
Michael was a towering presence in life and I'm sure that he'll continue to be a brilliant beacon for you both in the years ahead.
I will see you both at Friday's service. I love you and miss you both very much. God bless you.
Love,
Randy
