So sorry for your loss. After watching a piece on Sunday morning about Paul I felt Michael was the same Michael Rudd that sat next to me in homeroom at Thomas Jefferson JH in Fairlawn, NJ,1956. After all these years I still remember him. He wrote in our graduation booklet that he loved baseball and his ambition was to make money. I believe he moved away after Junior High. Good memories of our childhood.

Gloria, Paul, and Mandy,
I was so shocked and saddened to hear the news of Mike's passing. He was my mentor and a Kansas City icon. It's without doubt that the fond memories will keep him in our hearts forever.

Mandi-
I was reading the review on Paul's new movie last Friday in the Kansas City Star and learned of your father's passing. I am so sorry.
Spending time in your home with your family as we were growing up allowed me see how great of a man he was.
I am sure he will be missed.

To Michael's Family.
My condolences on your loss. I had the priviledge of being on one Michael's World War II Tours and his knowledge and passion turned the trip into an extraordinary experience. He made history come alive with his stories! His contributions to "ensuring that the past will not be forgotten" have touched many people. I hope that someday I have the opportunity to place a remembrance stone on his memorial.

Dear Gloria, Paul and Mandy,
I'm very sorry to hear about the passing of Michael. He had a thirst for life and travel that was felt by everyone in his presense. My grandfather is forever in his debt by making possible the retracing of his footsteps in WWII a few summers ago. May God bless each of you.

Mandi, We are very sorry to hear about your family's loss. I remember your father vividly from the gatherings you held at your PVKS home. His personality resonated, and he made an immediate impact on me. I felt a stong sense of how proud you were of him, and he of you. My own father passed away on Oct 11th, 2008, and I know how sorrowful you must be. We share in your grief.
