She enjoyed numerous activities; among her favorites were travel, swimming and cookouts on Embden Pond. Janet will be most remembered for her loving heart and adventurous ways.
She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 47 years, Robert Diamond; daughter JoyLynn Galley; son Robert Diamond; stepdaughter Tammie (Diamond) Burke; grandchildren Alexi Galley, Joey Diamond, Chantal Diamond and Melissa Galley; siblings Alphie Watson, Melvin Knight, Lorraine Goodwin, Dwinold Bubier and wife Dawn, Ellen Morrell, Shirley and husband George, and Erwin Tarr and wife Susan, Francis Tarr and Robert Tarr.
At the family's request, there will no visitation hours or funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make donations in her memory to HealthReach HomeCare & Hospice, Office of Philanthropy, P.O. Box 828, Waterville, ME 04903.
