Mrs. Bianke Rosemarie Wagnon

She was born in Germany in the October of 1962 and became a United States citizen on December 7, 1977. Bianke received scholarships and graduated 3rd in her class at Methodist College in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She attended Wake Forest University on scholarships and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Physical Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry, Master's Degree. As an undergraduate she created and tested the contrast solution for MRIs. Bianke then moved to Fort Benning, Georgia and married in 1987. After moving, she worked as a lead chemist for Pratt and Whitney. She then became the lab manager for the Columbus Water Works, where she won numerous awards and brought prestige to the lab. After 15 years, Bianke then became the chemistry instructor for Chattahoochee Valley Community College and taught most of the inorganic science courses there. She was well known for helping anyone who needed it and for preparing her students well for their next steps. She medically retired in 2017 due to cancer and beat it for five years before a resurgence ended her beautiful life in July of 2025. Bianke passed peacefully in her sleep and now resides in the loving arms of the Lord.

She is survived by the love of her friends and family, but especially in the hearts of her loving husband of 38 years and daughter. Bianke is to be cremated and her cremated remains will be placed in Arlington National Cemetery.
