Graveside service for Jeffrey Martin, 48, of Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Westview Cemetery,700 Westview Drive, Auburn, AL 36830, Bishop Kenneth Carter will officiate.
Mr. Martin, who passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, was born October 18, 1973 in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Monday, September 26, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required).
He leaves to cherish his memory: two children, Jeffrey Barnard Martin, Jr. and Deidre Nicole Martin both of Auburn, AL; three grandson, Jackson Martin, Jourdan Martin and Dorian Brooks all of Auburn, AL; parents, Willie James Pitts and Darlene Durr both of Auburn, AL; two sisters, Barbara Ann Greer of Auburn, AL and Jessika (Abayomi) Toki of Douglasville, GA; four brothers, Demetrius Martin of Phenix City, AL, Donta (Jailene) Martin, Willie James Pitts, Jr. both of Auburn, AL and Melvin Pitts of Loachapoka, AL; eight aunts, Larry Ann Martin, Chandra Martin of Auburn, AL, Mattie Mae Martin, Maggie Mae Hutchinson, Florine Pitts, Betty Graves, Josephine Pitts all of Loachapoka, AL and Marilyn Martin of Lafayette, AL; two uncles, Kenny (Kari) Jones of Valley, AL and Silas Martin of Union Springs, AL; a devoted cousin, Alicia "Lisa Ann" Martin of Auburn, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
