William Henley Obituary
September 27, 1955 - January 27, 2025
William Jeffery "Jeff" Henley, age 69, of Dadeville, Alabama, passed away on January 27, 2025. He is survived by his siblings, Steve Henley of Birmingham, Alabama, Cathy Chakiris of Lavonia, Georgia, and Russ Henley of Cuba, Alabama.
Jeff was a graduate from Auburn High School in 1973 and went to Auburn University and graduated with a BS in Marketing. He then continued on to the University of Alabama to receive his Masters in Marketing.
He was an avid photographer and was Co-owner/Operator of Photographic Solutions, from 2000 to 2009. Jeff was an Instructor at Troy State University at Montgomery and continued on to teach at the University of West Alabama.
Jeff was well known for his kind demeanor and his humor.
Jeff enjoyed time with family and friends. He delighted in spending as much time as possible at his lake home on Lake Martin and was a proud member of The War Eagle Supper Club.
A Celebration of Life will be held later this year.

I was very sad to hear that Jeff had passed away.
We became friends about 20 years ago.
He was always so kind to everyone, including my family in Japan, Rusty's former dog, "James" and me.
Thank you for always calling me that I am your little sister.
