Ruth Rasberry Obituary
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Pecos Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at West Park Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Ray Carroen officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Pecos Funeral Home.
Ruth was born on February 25, 1933 in Tillman, Oklahoma to William Earl and Jonnie Ruth Lindsey. Ruth is preceded in death by her husband Melton Rasberry, her parents William and Jonnie, one son Dennis Rasberry, granddaughter Renea Rasberry and two brothers Billy Rex Lindsey and Larry Lindsey.
Ruth is survived by her son Dan Rasberry, grandchildren, Quint Rasberry, Jimmy Rasberry, Amy Rasberry and 5 great grandchildren. Ruth is also survived by a brother Sherril Lindsey, sisters Myrna Aubritton, and Sharron Willis along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gary Clark, John Erskine, Trey Armstrong, Kyle Tayler, Josh Daniels, and David Watts.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made in Ruth's name to West Park Baptist Church, or The Pecos Senior Citizens Center.

New star in the heavens Ruth Rasberry. You were such a friend and beautiful woman. I remember memory of this wonder woman. I was gone on a trip and after home saw her obit. I wish you all love and blessings to you.
