Joseph E. Ross Jr.

Joseph E. Ross Jr., 80, of Clarksville, went to be with his Lord Friday, August 8, 2025. He was born September 10, 1944, in North Charleroi, a son of the late Joseph Ross and Odessa Craig. He was married to Cindy Eaton Teagarden for 25 years; she survives him. He worked at Gateway Mine until it closed, and also worked at Morgan Township. He was a member of the Masons Sunset Lodge No. 237 in Beallsville for 50 years and a past Master. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Coy Ross Malys (Ann); four stepchildren, Chad, John, and Jayme Teagarden, and Jennifer Burnfield; two siblings, Sandy Chidester (Ron), and Mark Ross (Kathy); along with seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, in Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, PA 15344, where a funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, August 13. Burial to follow at Greene County Memorial Park.
