Olan Pryor Obituary

Former Pennsylvania resident Olan G. Pryor, 84, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021, in his home in Littleton, Colo. Mr. Pryor was born January 7, 1937, in Washington, to Victor and Alma Wilson Pryor.

He married the former Loretta Seik and a year later, in 1959, they moved to Littleton. Olan was able to gain employment with the Burlington Northern Railroad and after 32 years he retired.

His leisure time was spent enjoying his family, watching sports of all kinds, hunting and most especially fishing.

Olan held membership in the Aurora Elks Lodge, the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite of Freemasonry and Trout Unlimited. He and Loretta were members of The Polka Lovers Klub of America – Colorado Chapter. They were not only able to dance, but to travel to many polka festivals over the years. After retiring they spent winters in Arizona.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years; one brother, Duane (Patty) of Washington; three sons, Jerry (Julie) and Roger (Janet) of Littleton, and Bryan (Margaret) of Cobleskill, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Brandon and Austin of Littleton, Hope, Jack and Luke of Cobleskill; and two great-grandchildren.

At his request, no services will be held.
