Patricia Bruun Obituary

Patricia M. Strang Bruun, 84, of Confluence, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016, in Somerset Hospital.
She was born August 20, 1931, in Monongahela, a daughter of the late Thomas R. and Ellanora Boedecker Warren.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her husbands, Norman Strang and Charles Bruun; a son, Earl Strang; two sisters, Leola Ditta and Betty Evans; and a brother, Richard Warren.
Surviving are four daughters, Karen Miller and husband Mick, Laurie Mitchell and husband Ted, Tonya Hostetler and husband Dave and LaBinda Thomas and husband Richard, all of Confluence; 12 grandchildren, Lisa Burnisky, Gail Hotz, Deneane, Michael and Mike Miller, Melissa and Teddy Mitchell, Shon Hostetler, Cassidy Welling and Jenna, Kera and John Fazenbaker Jr.; 23 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jean Careatti of Washington, Maxine Zukauckas of New Eagle and Laretta Shultz of Confluence; and three brothers, William Warren of Pennsburg, John Warren of Tulsa, Okla., and David Warren of Marlborough, Mass.
Mrs. Bruun was a member of Confluence Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7250 Ladies Auxiliary.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 2, with the Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating. Interment will follow in Monongahela Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
