I remember when Chris was born. The doctor told his parents that he would never be able to learn, would die young, would be a burden on them, and they should just put him in an institution and get on with their lives. They chose otherwise, and Chris lived a long, happy and useful life. I was glad to know him and feel that he had an impact on the community. I will miss him, but he has completed his journey and I celebrate his life.
