Doris Seams Obituary

7/21/1939 - 9/15/2018

Doris Ann (DeCapp) Seams, 79, died Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston after a short battle with several types of cancer.

She leaves her sisters Betty Plumb, Pat (Morry) Popelier; her brother Larry (Pat) DeCapp; sons, Jerry (Brooke), Greg (Jennifer), Chris (Cecile), Doug (Kristen); her daughter, Rona (Rod Rinholm); 16 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and many close friends. Doris is preceded in death by her parents, sister Janet (Ron) Lampe and brother-in-law Chet Plumb.

A memorial service will be held at 10am, November 17, 2018 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Colona, IL. Doris' cremated remains will then be placed near those of her parents Albert and Ann DeCapp at St. Mary's cemetery in East Moline, IL. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
