GLEN ALBERT SEARCY Jr.

1951 - 2021

Glen Albert Searcy, Jr passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 24, 2021. He was born July 27, 1951 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston, TX to Glen Albert Searcy, Sr. and Aurelia "Rusty" Henderson Searcy. Glen married Sheryl price on August 10, 1971. His wife, Sheryl, passed on April 6, 2006. Glen met Sabrina Calderon in 2006 and they were married one year later in October of 2007.

Glen joined the Army National Guard on Dec 4, 1971 and was stationed near Monterey Bay, California.

After returning home, he attended the University of Houston, worked as a draftsman, an electrical engineer, a master electrician and finally founded and ran a successful company in 2016.

Glen is preceded in death by his wife Sheryl; his parents Glen and Rusty; and his brother Greg 'Skeeter'.

Glen is survived by his wife, Sabrina; daughter, Julie Anderson and her husband Eric, and their children Aiden and Avery; stepson Wesley Hill, his wife Ashley and their children, Kyle, Micah, Carly, and Alyssa; stepdaughter Whitney Tuthill, her husband Bryan, and their children Gemma and Graham. Glen is also survived by his sister, Debra Frazer, her husband David, and their son Kyle; sister, Tammy Dupree, her husband John, and their son Taylor; sister, Juana Searcy, her wife Melissa, and their son Dylan.

He was a wonderful and caring husband, father, stepdad, brother and grandfather.

There will be a visitation held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, October 29, 2021 at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland. Funeral service will begin Saturday, October 30, 2021, 10 a.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home. Followed by a graveside at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, TX.
