That Loretta graduated from Cornell Nursing has convinced me that she is the tall, athletic girl I knew at Yonkers High. I admired her intelligence, and she was so easy to talk to. She was born exactly 3 weeks before me. Even though I haven't seen her since 1957, I can still hear her voice. I'm sorry that she's passed on, as so many of our class have. Condolences.

I visited Lori 2 years ago when we were both patients at Park Manor. She was so beautiful even confined to bed. She followed Pastor's daily prayer: This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. What an example to all.
God bless, Anne Cassler

I met Lori on a personal basis shortly after we transferred to LOG. I was entering the Fellowship Hall after visiting the restroom. Lori came up to me, put her arm around me and said," YOUR DRESS IS IN YOUR PANTY HOSE". We had many more laughs and adventures as we traversed the Medical Center. She taught me to have patience. She didn't have much so I learned to have enough for both of us. She has now won the race and is at peace. Phyllis Howell
